November 2011:
Given growing demand for our services we are looking for an experienced Lotus Notes Administrator to join our team in Hamilton and/or Auckland. You will have at least 3-5 years of experience in supporting Lotus Domino / Notes environments and hold relevant IBM Lotus certifications [or able to obtain such swiftly]. You will understand the complexities of Lotus Notes network topology options, including advanced server configurations for internal and external user access, complex replication settings as well as general day-to-day support for a wide range of Notes related issues. You will have successfully carried out version upgrades and are able to plan and execute Domino server and Notes client upgrades across small and large organisations. You are an organised individual with excellent verbal and written English communication skills. You are able to work independently with minimal guidance and enjoy taking the initiative to solve challenging technical problems. You strive to produce positive outcomes for customers and always deliver great customer service. As a member of the 'Team@Convergence' you will be able to contribute to as well as draw on many years of experience in Lotus Notes as well as a wide range of other technologies.
