A decade and half ago when Convergence was founded our focus was 100% on the NZ Mid-market, with a special emphasis on financial services, manufacturing and distribution.
In recent years we’ve also won large government accounts and even started to work successfully with the small business community, however, 90% of our customers are still mid-market sites, and we understand the current technology challenges in this space exceedingly well.
Our mid-market clients all appreciate our willingness to risk-share on projects, and to contract to fixed outcomes for fixed fees.
We’ve also developed an excellent reputation for working very closely in the mid-market with in-house IT teams. We always seek to complement and develop internal capability, rather creating a dependency paradigm.
